In 1997, Refoart started its activity in Mallorca. The primary goal was and continues to be the restoration of architectural heritage. The company quickly established itself as a benchmark in the Balearic Islands due to its artistry and expertise. As a result, we were able to get the K7 certification, a necessary official permit for restoration work on historic-artistic real estate.

In the 25 years since its inception, Refoart has worked on the restoration of churches, chapels, convents, defence walls, cathedrals, mills, oil presses, and watchtowers not only in the Balearic Islands but also in other Spanish regions such as Castilla y León, Madrid, and the Basque Country.

Refoart also uses its considerable knowledge and experience to focus part of its activities on renovating unlisted real estate, for example, residential buildings. Our services range from comprehensive refurbishment to facade cleaning, wall renovation, moisture treatment, painting, plastering and re-roofing.
